This week were talking book covers that we would love to step in and live, so not necessarily our favourite covers. You'll notice I have a thing for blue covers.
Oh dear.
A Storm of Swords 1: Steel and Snow (A Song of Ice and Fire #3)
George R. R. Martin
Not an obvious choice with the whole content of the books... death, death, death etc...
But the landscapes for these editions are stunning and just tantalising. I want to live on a cliff by the sea.
Is this meant to be Casterly Rock? Hm.
Neverwhere
Neil Gaiman
I'd want to live as one of Chris Riddell's illustrations. How magical would that be?
The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet (Wayfarers #1)
Becky Chambers
SPACE!!!
And look at the landscape?!
I love exploring with my camera in isolation- this would be key spot.
Truthwitch (The Witchlands #1)
Susan Dennard
I want to tattoo this cover of Truthwitch to my face. (JK. Even I have enough commitment issues not to do that.)
I just love it and who wouldn't want to see a Seafox? Or just explore the Witchlands in general?
I'm printed in the back, so I should be allowed to live in the cover too, no?
Laini Taylor
I was going to pick Strange the Dreamer because have you seen that cover?
And then I realized I had chose all blue books and went with DoSaB. I'd love to be able cross through a door and visit Brimstone's shop and make a wish on a tooth.
I do prefer the UK DoSaB cover than to the US ones.
